3	tb	Sour cream (for Welbilt add 1 Tbl. water also)
1	c	Ripe banana; sliced
2/3	c	Whole wheat flour
1/2	ts	Salt
2	ts	Butter; or margarine
1 1/2	tb	Honey
2	ts	Nonfat powdered dry milk
